ANALYSIS OF HONEYDEW HONEY SAMPLES
The symposium will give the participants, coming from all major honeydew honey producing countries, the unique possibility to analyse their honeys and thus to help us increase the knowledge on the different honeydew honeys. The honey sample will be analysed at the laboratory of the leader of the IHC honeydew group, Werner von der Ohe, Celle, Germany. For that purpose a list of IHC members and honeydew-experienced scientists has been selected. One person of each country (printed in bold) is responsible for the collection and sending of the honeydew samples. The other honey researchers from the same country will assist him in finding and sending him correct representative samples.
